Məlumatlara nəzarət edən tərəf IKTex-dir. Məxfilik və məlumatların silinməsi ilə bağlı bütün müraciətlər info@iktex.az ünvanına göndərilə bilər.

2. Topladığımız məlumatlar

Platformadan istifadə zamanı aşağıdakı məlumatlar toplanır:

• Hesab məlumatları: ad, e-poçt ünvanı, şifrənin kriptoqrafik hash-i (şifrənin özü saxlanılmır), rol (ADMIN / USER), e-poçtun təsdiq statusu və profil şəkli linki.
• Google ilə giriş istifadə edildikdə: Google tərəfindən verilən hesab identifikatoru, e-poçt və ad.
• Şirkət və brend məlumatları: şirkət adı, brendlər (filiallar), brend loqoları və brend üzrə tənzimləmələr.
• Məzmun: post mətnləri, ideyalar, başlıqlar, şəkillər, planlaşdırma tarixi və saatı, status tarixçəsi, təsdiq və rədd şərhləri.
• Süni intellekt sorğuları: mətn və şəkil yaratmaq üçün daxil etdiyiniz promptlar və onlara qaytarılan cavablar.
• Texniki qeydlər: sorğu identifikatoru, sorğu yolu, HTTP statusu və icra müddəti kimi server jurnalı məlumatları.

3. Sosial şəbəkə platformalarından alınan məlumatlar

Kanal qoşulduqda platformanın icazə dialoqunda verdiyiniz razılıq əsasında aşağıdakı məlumatlar alınır və saxlanılır:

IXSocial qoşulmuş hesablarınızın izləyici siyahısını, birbaşa mesajlarını və ya şərh məzmununu oxumur; istənilən icazə yalnız sizin göstərişinizlə post dərc etmək və həmin postların ümumi statistikasını göstərmək üçündür.

• Instagram (Facebook Login — instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, instagram_manage_contents, instagram_manage_insights, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement): qoşulmuş peşəkar hesabın istifadəçi adı, hesab identifikatoru, bağlı Facebook Səhifəsinin adı və giriş tokeni.
• Facebook (pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, read_insights): idarə etdiyiniz Səhifələrin adı və identifikatoru, seçilmiş Səhifə və giriş tokeni.
• LinkedIn: profil və ya şirkət səhifəsinin adı, identifikatoru və giriş tokeni.
• TikTok: hesabın görünən adı və tətbiqə bağlı identifikatoru (open_id), giriş və yeniləmə tokenləri.
• Dərc nəticələri: platformanın qaytardığı post identifikatoru və xəta mətni.
• Post statistikası: IXSocial vasitəsilə dərc olunmuş postların ümumi bəyənmə, şərh, paylaşma, saxlama, baxış və əhatə sayları. Bu məlumatlar post açıldıqda canlı oxunur və saxlanılmır.

4. Məlumatları niyə işləyirik

• Xidmətin özünü təqdim etmək: post yaratmaq, təsdiq axını, planlaşdırma və dərc — sizinlə bağlanmış müqavilənin icrası əsasında.
• Sosial şəbəkə hesablarına sizin adınızdan dərc etmək — kanalı qoşarkən verdiyiniz razılıq əsasında.
• Hesabın təhlükəsizliyi, sui-istifadənin qarşısının alınması və nasazlıqların aradan qaldırılması — qanuni maraq əsasında.
• Zəruri xidmət bildirişlərinin (e-poçt təsdiqi, şifrə sıfırlama) göndərilməsi — müqavilənin icrası əsasında.

5. Məlumatların paylaşılması

Məlumatlarınız satılmır və reklam məqsədi ilə üçüncü tərəflərə verilmir. Xidmətin işləməsi üçün zəruri olan aşağıdakı alt-emalçılardan istifadə olunur:

Qanunun tələb etdiyi hallarda məlumat səlahiyyətli dövlət orqanlarına açıqlana bilər.

• Meta Platforms (Instagram, Facebook) — post dərci və hesab məlumatlarının alınması üçün.
• LinkedIn — post dərci üçün.
• TikTok — foto post dərci üçün.
• Google (Gemini API) — süni intellektlə mətn və şəkil yaratmaq üçün göndərilən promptlar.
• Cloudflare R2 — post şəkillərinin və brend loqolarının saxlanılması.
• Hostinger — tətbiq serveri və MySQL verilənlər bazasının hostingi.
• Calendarific — bayram təqviminin alınması (şəxsi məlumat göndərilmir).
• E-poçt (SMTP) provayderi — təsdiq və bildiriş e-poçtlarının çatdırılması.

6. Saxlama müddəti

• Hesab və məzmun məlumatları: hesab silinənə qədər saxlanılır.
• Sosial şəbəkə giriş tokenləri: kanal ayrılana qədər və ya tokenin etibarlılıq müddəti (Meta üçün 60 gün) bitənə qədər. Kanal ayrıldıqda token dərhal silinir.
• Təsdiq və şifrə sıfırlama kodları: istifadə edildikdən sonra və ya müddəti bitdikdə silinir.
• Server jurnalları: qısa müddətli diagnostika üçün saxlanılır və şəxsiyyəti müəyyən edən məzmun daşımır.

7. Təhlükəsizlik

Şifrələr bcrypt ilə hash edilir və heç vaxt açıq şəkildə saxlanılmır. Bütün əlaqə HTTPS üzərindən şifrələnir. Sosial şəbəkə tokenləri yalnız serverdə saxlanılır və brauzerə göndərilmir.

Giriş seansı brauzerin localStorage və ya sessionStorage yaddaşındakı token vasitəsilə saxlanılır. IXSocial reklam və ya izləmə kukilərindən istifadə etmir.

8. Hüquqlarınız

Müraciətlər info@iktex.az ünvanına göndərilir və 30 gün ərzində cavablandırılır.

• Məlumatlarınıza giriş və onların kopyasını almaq.
• Səhv məlumatların düzəldilməsi.
• Məlumatların silinməsi — bax: /data-deletion.
• Kanal qoşulması üçün verilmiş razılığı geri götürmək (kanalı ayırmaqla).
• İşlənməyə etiraz etmək və şikayət vermək.

9. Məlumatların silinməsi

Kanalı ayırmaq, hesabı silmək və Instagram/Facebook hesabınızdan IXSocial-ı çıxarmaq üçün addımlar ayrıca səhifədə təsvir olunub: /data-deletion.

10. Uşaqlar

IXSocial biznes istifadəçiləri üçün nəzərdə tutulub və 16 yaşdan kiçik şəxslərdən bilərəkdən məlumat toplamır.

11. Beynəlxalq ötürülmə

Yuxarıda sadalanan alt-emalçılar Avropa Birliyi və Amerika Birləşmiş Ştatları daxil olmaqla müxtəlif ölkələrdə serverlərə malikdir; məlumat bu provayderlərin infrastrukturunda emal olunarkən onların müqavilə öhdəlikləri tətbiq edilir.

12. Dəyişikliklər və əlaqə

1. Data controller

The data controller is IKTex. All privacy and data deletion requests can be sent to info@iktex.az.

2. Data we collect

The following data is collected when you use the platform:

• Account data: name, email address, a cryptographic hash of your password (never the password itself), role (ADMIN / USER), email verification status, and a profile image link.
• When signing in with Google: the account identifier, email, and name provided by Google.
• Company and brand data: company name, brands (branches), brand logos, and per-brand settings.
• Content: post texts, ideas, titles, images, scheduled date and time, status history, approval and rejection comments.
• AI requests: the prompts you submit for text and image generation, and the responses returned for them.
• Technical records: server log data such as request identifier, request path, HTTP status, and duration.

3. Data received from social media platforms

When you connect a channel, the following data is received and stored on the basis of the consent you give in the platform permission dialog:

IXSocial does not read your connected accounts’ follower lists, direct messages, or comment content; every permission requested exists solely to publish posts on your instruction and to show the aggregate statistics of those posts.

• Instagram (Facebook Login — instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, instagram_manage_contents, instagram_manage_insights, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement): the connected professional account username, account identifier, the linked Facebook Page name, and access token.
• Facebook (pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, read_insights): the name and identifier of the Pages you manage, the selected Page, and the access token.
• LinkedIn: the name and identifier of the profile or company page, and the access token.
• TikTok: the display name and app-scoped account identifier (open_id), plus the access and refresh tokens.
• Publishing results: the post identifier and any error text returned by the platform.
• Post statistics: the aggregate like, comment, share, save, view and reach counts of posts published through IXSocial. These are read live when you open the post and are not stored.

4. Why we process data

• Providing the service itself: post creation, approval flow, scheduling, and publishing — on the basis of performance of our contract with you.
• Publishing to social media accounts on your behalf — on the basis of the consent you give when connecting a channel.
• Account security, abuse prevention, and fault diagnosis — on the basis of legitimate interest.
• Sending essential service email (email verification, password reset) — on the basis of performance of our contract.

5. Data sharing

Your data is never sold and never handed to third parties for advertising. The following sub-processors are used because the service cannot operate without them:

Data may be disclosed to competent public authorities where the law requires it.

• Meta Platforms (Instagram, Facebook) — publishing posts and retrieving account data.
• LinkedIn — publishing posts.
• TikTok — publishing photo posts.
• Google (Gemini API) — prompts sent for AI text and image generation.
• Cloudflare R2 — storage of post images and brand logos.
• Hostinger — application server and MySQL database hosting.
• Calendarific — retrieving the public holiday calendar (no personal data is sent).
• Email (SMTP) provider — delivery of verification and notification email.

6. Retention

• Account and content data: retained until the account is deleted.
• Social media access tokens: until the channel is disconnected or the token expires (60 days for Meta). Disconnecting a channel deletes the token immediately.
• Verification and password reset codes: deleted once used or once expired.
• Server logs: retained briefly for diagnostics and carry no identifying content.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in clear text. All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Social media tokens are held server-side only and are never sent to the browser.

Your sign-in session is kept as a token in the browser’s localStorage or sessionStorage. IXSocial uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your rights

Requests go to info@iktex.az and are answered within 30 days.

• Access your data and obtain a copy of it.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have your data deleted — see /data-deletion.
• Withdraw the consent given for a channel connection (by disconnecting the channel).
• Object to processing and lodge a complaint.

9. Data deletion

The steps for disconnecting a channel, deleting your account, and removing IXSocial from your Instagram or Facebook account are described on a dedicated page: /data-deletion.

10. Children

IXSocial is intended for business users and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

11. International transfers

The sub-processors listed above operate servers in various countries, including within the European Union and the United States; their contractual commitments apply while data is processed on their infrastructure.
